Trading Card Game Classic landed in late 2023 as a tribute set built around three preconstructed decks: Charizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur. Each deck reprints cards from the original Base Set, Jungle, and Fossil era in modern frames, with the CLC, CLB, and CLV codes denoting which deck a card belongs to. For collectors who started in the 1990s, this set is the closest thing to playing those classic line-ups with current-day card stock and centring.
