At monstermart.com.au, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. We have established a comprehensive returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Return:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging (penny sleeve and toploader). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@monstermart.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong product:
If you discover your order is flawed please contact us mail: info@monstermart.com.au with photos of the wrong product.
We will providing a return shipping label. Once it is in transit, we will ship a replacement a product immediately.
If an item/s were missing from your order, please contact us via email at info@monstermart.com.au

Exchange:
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us by mail: info@monstermart.com.au. We will process the free exchange.
Change of mind:
Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will process. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return order, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund may take 3-5 business days depending on your banking institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
