This is Yanmega ex 206/182 from Destined Rivals. With a card number above the printed set total of 182, this is a secret rare, one of the bonus cards numbered beyond the main set, and it carries the Ultra Rare classification. As a Pokemon ex, Yanmega is a high HP card with strong attacks, balanced by the rule that an opponent takes two prize cards when it is knocked out.
Destined Rivals is part of the Scarlet and Violet era, and its secret rares feature full art or alternate treatments that lift them above the standard ex cards in the set. Yanmega, the ogre darner Pokemon, makes for a striking subject in this larger format. Secret rare ex cards like this are among the more difficult pulls from the expansion.
Collectors look for secret rares like this to cap off a Destined Rivals set or to feature a chase card in a display.
