Xurkitree is an Electric type Ultra Beast, and this card carries the SV14/SV94 number that places it in the Shiny Vault of Hidden Fates, a Sun and Moon era special set. The Shiny Vault was a dedicated subset filled with shiny Pokemon, and Xurkitree slots into that run as a Shiny Holo Rare.
The Baby Shiny tag points to the standard shiny look used here, where the Pokemon appears in its alternate shiny colouring with a holo finish on a clean panelled background, rather than the rainbow rare treatment given to the larger cards in the subset. The Shiny Holo Rare slot is the regular shiny tier of the Shiny Vault, which collectors steadily work through when chasing the full SV list.
The SV prefix marks it as a Shiny Vault card with its own numbering that runs apart from the main Hidden Fates set. As an Ultra Beast in shiny form, Xurkitree appeals both to set builders and to fans who collect the unusual designs from that era.
