This is Wo-Chien EX from Paldea Evolved, the Scarlet and Violet era set, numbered 232/193. Because the first number runs past the set total of 193, this printing is a secret rare, one of the cards that sit beyond the main numbered set and rank among the harder pulls to find.
The tags list it as an Ultra Rare EX. As an EX card, Wo-Chien carries a larger HP pool and gives up two prize cards when knocked out, the balancing rule that comes with the added power. Wo-Chien is one of the Treasures of Ruin introduced in the Paldea region, a legendary Pokemon that drew plenty of attention on release.
Collectors look for the secret rare Wo-Chien EX to complete a Paldea Evolved run or to feature a legendary as a binder centrepiece. With its number sitting above the set total, a clean copy with sharp corners is the one worth recognising.
