This is Wailord V, card number 013/073 from Champion's Path in the Sword and Shield era. Wailord is the enormous Float Whale Pokemon from Hoenn, famous for being one of the largest Pokemon by size, which makes it a fun and instantly recognisable subject for a card.
Presented as a Pokemon V, this card sits in the higher rarity tier introduced for Sword and Shield, carrying more HP and stronger attacks than a standard card and featuring full holo artwork. Champion's Path was a special compact set built around Gym Challenge themes and is best known for its Charizard chase card, which has kept the whole release popular with collectors.
Collectors look for Wailord V to complete a Champion's Path run, to gather Wailord's appearances, or simply to enjoy the sheer scale of the artwork on a clean V. As a raw single it is a characterful and recognisable addition to any collection.
