Varoom comes from Shiny Treasure EX, a Japanese set centred on shiny Pokemon. This card carries the Shiny Rare classification, with the Baby Shiny tag marking it as one of the shiny Pokemon presented in the set's starry styling rather than as a full art or EX card. Varoom is a Paldea region Pokemon that evolves into Revavroom, and its shiny finish gives this mechanical species a distinctive new look.
The number 300/190 confirms this is a secret rare, since the first number comfortably exceeds the set total of 190. That high number places it well into the bonus tail of the set, the run of extra cards that sit beyond the main numbering and tend to be harder to find than standard pulls.
Shiny Treasure EX is known for the breadth of its shiny line up, and a clean secret rare Varoom is a neat target for collectors building a complete run or focusing on the Paldea Pokemon within the set.
