This is Unown V, card 177/195 from Silver Tempest. The Alt Art and Alternate Art tags indicate this is the alternate art version of the card, a separate printing with its own dedicated illustration that sits apart from the standard V artwork.
As a Pokemon V, Unown brings the higher HP and strong attacks of the V card class, with the trade-off of giving up extra prizes when knocked out. Unown is an unusual Pokemon famous for its many forms shaped like letters and symbols, which makes it a favourite subject for artists working on alternate art cards. Silver Tempest produced a number of well-regarded alternate arts, and this Unown is one of the more distinctive entries thanks to its subject matter.
Alternate art Vs are among the most sought cards from their sets because of the unique illustrations, so a clean copy of this Unown V is a fine addition to an art focused collection.
