This is Turtonator GX SV52/SV94 from the Shiny Vault subset of Hidden Fates, one of the standout special sets of the Sun and Moon era. The SV prefix on the card number places it firmly within the Shiny Vault, the section of the set devoted entirely to shiny Pokemon and rare reprints.
As a Shiny Holo Rare, this Turtonator is shown in its alternate shiny colouring with a full art presentation and the holo finish that defines the vault. The GX designation marks it as a Pokemon GX, the high powered card type of the era that featured a once per game GX attack and gave up two prize cards when knocked out. Pairing the GX format with a shiny finish is what makes these vault cards so collectable, since they go beyond what the main set offered.
A shiny Turtonator GX is a solid pick up for anyone completing the Hidden Fates Shiny Vault or collecting the GX cards from this era.
