Tepig is one of the three starter Pokemon from the Unova region, and this card comes from White Flare, a Scarlet and Violet era release. It is numbered 011/086 and is presented in the Poke Ball finish.
The Poke Ball pattern covers the holographic foil with a repeating design of Poke Balls, a decorative variant that collectors enjoy chasing alongside the plain holo and Master Ball versions. These patterned cards give familiar Pokemon a fresh look and have become a popular sub theme for anyone building out every finish in a set.
As a starter Pokemon, Tepig carries plenty of nostalgia for players who began their Unova journey with it. Collectors often seek starter cards across different sets and finishes, and the Poke Ball Tepig is an appealing way to feature this early evolution in a collection.
