This is Tapu Lele GX 60/145 from Guardians Rising, the first main set of the Sun and Moon series to introduce the Island Guardians. Tapu Lele became one of the most talked about cards of its generation thanks to its competitive presence, and the GX mechanic gave it the once per game GX attack that defined Sun and Moon play.
At number 60 within a 145 card set, this is the standard GX version with the holo bordered layout rather than the Full Art print. Even so, it remains a card collectors return to, partly because of how widely Tapu Lele appeared in decks during this period and partly because of its place as one of the signature Pokemon of Guardians Rising.
For anyone building a Sun and Moon collection or revisiting the Island Guardians, this GX is a recognisable and well loved addition that captures a memorable chapter of the era.
