This is Tapu Koko, card number 054/193 from the Japanese Mega Dream EX set. As a Japanese release, it carries the original artwork and text exactly as printed in Japan, which many collectors favour for the crisp finish and the look of the home market cards.
The Holo tag tells you this is a holofoil card, with the shimmering foil treatment applied across the artwork panel so the picture catches the light as you tilt it. Tapu Koko is one of the guardian deities of the Alola region, a recognisable face that tends to draw attention whenever it appears in a set.
Collectors look for clean Japanese holo cards like this one to round out a set run or to keep a favourite Pokemon in pristine shape. With its place in the Mega Dream EX line up, it fits neatly alongside other cards from the same release.
