This is Tapu Koko GX, numbered SV93/SV94 in the Shiny Vault subset of Hidden Fates. The Shiny Vault was the headline feature of Hidden Fates, a curated run of shiny Pokemon and shiny full art cards that sat outside the main set numbering, and the SV prefix marks each card as part of that subset.
As a GX card, Tapu Koko brings the powerful one-time GX attack that defined the Sun and Moon era of play. This particular printing also carries the Gold treatment, giving the card a distinct metallic finish that collectors of the Shiny Vault tend to chase. Tapu Koko is one of the Alola guardian deities, which adds to the appeal for fans of that generation.
Hidden Fates Shiny Vault cards remain favourites because the subset combined a tight checklist with shiny artwork that was hard to pull, so clean copies are always worth tracking down for a collection.
