This is Tapu Koko GX, card number 135/145 from the Sun and Moon era set Guardians Rising. Tagged as a Full Art, it shows the character in expanded artwork that extends across the whole card, one of the most collected treatments of the GX era.
GX cards are powerful basics known for their high HP and dramatic full body designs, and a Full Art GX takes that further by filling the frame with detailed illustration. Cards numbered above the set total like this one (135 against the base count of 145) sit in the rarer back end of the set, which is exactly where the Full Art chase cards tend to land.
Tapu Koko is the guardian deity of Melemele Island in the Alola region and served as a flagship Pokemon for Guardians Rising, so its Full Art GX carries strong recognition. It is offered here as a mint raw single.
