This is Stonjourner SV075/SV122 from the Shiny Vault subset of Shining Fates. The SV prefix on the card number identifies it as a Shiny Vault entry, the chase section of Shining Fates that gathered shiny Pokemon into a single numbered run for collectors.
Stonjourner is a Galar region Pokemon with a single stage design inspired by standing stone circles, which makes it one of the more unusual subjects in the vault. Here it features as a Shiny Holo Rare with the shiny colour treatment that the Shiny Vault is built around. The Baby Shiny tag refers to the standard shiny cards in the vault, distinct from the rainbow textured shiny rares, so this is the clean shiny version of the regular Stonjourner artwork.
Collectors look for these Shiny Vault cards to complete the SV numbered set, to enjoy the alternate shiny palette, or to keep a tidy shiny Stonjourner in mint condition. The Shiny Vault remains a popular subset from the Sword and Shield era.
