This is Solgaleo and Lunala GX, card 254/236 from Cosmic Eclipse. Because the first number, 254, is higher than the set total of 236, this is a secret rare, a card numbered beyond the main set and printed in the Rainbow finish that gives it its distinctive multicoloured sheen.
As a Tag Team GX, it brings the two cover legendaries of the Sun and Moon games together on one card. Tag Team GX cards combine two Pokemon for higher health and shared attacks, and Cosmic Eclipse was the set that brought the mechanic to a close, which adds to the appeal of its rainbow secret rares.
Solgaleo and Lunala are central to the Alola storyline, so a rainbow Tag Team featuring both is a popular target for collectors building a Cosmic Eclipse run or chasing the rainbow secret rares from the era.
