Slowpoke Reverse Holo 079/165

This is Slowpoke 079/165 from Scarlet and Violet 151, the English set that revisits the full original Kanto Pokedex with refreshed artwork. Slowpoke is one of the most easily recognised Kanto Pokemon and a long standing fan favourite, which gives it a nostalgic place in this release.

This copy is the Reverse Holo version. On a Reverse Holo the holographic pattern covers the card border and frame rather than just the picture window, so the whole card shimmers while the illustration stays standard. Reverse Holos are printed for many cards across the set, which makes them a popular way to build a parallel collection. The 079/165 number places Slowpoke within the main numbered run of the set.
