This is Serperior VSTAR, card 008/195 from the English Silver Tempest set. Silver Tempest was one of the later Sword and Shield era expansions, rounding out the run of sets that featured the VSTAR mechanic and giving collectors plenty of premium cards to chase.
VSTAR cards represent the upper tier of the VSTAR mechanic, each one carrying a single use VSTAR Power that can be played once per game. The mix of strong gameplay design and bold full card art keeps these cards popular with both players and collectors. Serperior is the final evolution of the Snivy line, a starter favourite that many trainers will recognise, and the flowing serpentine design suits the large VSTAR frame well.
Collectors look for Serperior VSTAR to complete a Silver Tempest set, to build out a Snivy line collection, or simply because the VSTAR cards from this era remain reliably in demand. It slots neatly alongside other holos and VSTAR cards from the period.
