Serperior V is card number 007/195 from Silver Tempest, a Sword and Shield era set known for its winter theme and a deep lineup of V and other special cards. As a Pokemon V card, Serperior V features the full art frame and higher health that define the V mechanic, with the trade off that your opponent takes two prize cards when it is knocked out.
Serperior is the final evolution of the Unova region starter line, a sleek, regal Pokemon that has a loyal following from that generation. The V mechanic was central to the Sword and Shield era, and cards like this one served as both deck pieces and collection highlights during that period.
Collectors look for Serperior V because it brings a popular starter evolution into the V format with the clean Silver Tempest styling. A mint copy is a welcome addition to a Silver Tempest set or a collection focused on starter Pokemon.
