This is Scyther SV1/SV94 from the Shiny Vault subset of Hidden Fates, sitting right at the start of the SV numbering. The Shiny Vault was the headline feature of Hidden Fates, a dedicated run of shiny Pokemon and rare reprints that gave the set its lasting reputation among collectors.
As a Shiny Holo Rare, this Scyther appears in its alternate shiny colouring with the clean holo treatment used across the Shiny Vault. It also carries the Baby Shiny label, the term collectors use for the standard shiny cards in the vault as opposed to the full art shinies, which makes it part of the core run that set builders work through first. Scyther has been a fan favourite since the original games, so its shiny version is always a welcome find.
For anyone assembling the Hidden Fates Shiny Vault, this Scyther is one of the early numbered cards that helps anchor the set, and a clean copy is well worth securing.
