This is Sabrina's Suggestion, card 65/68 from Hidden Fates, an English set well regarded for its Kanto leaning roster and the sought after Shiny Vault subset. The tags mark this as a Trainer card, so it works through its written effect rather than coming into play as a Pokemon, with art and naming tied to the Saffron City gym leader Sabrina.
This copy is the Reverse Holo version, which gives the card border and frame a foil shimmer while the main picture stays standard. Trainer cards named after gym leaders carry added appeal for collectors who enjoy the character side of the hobby, and Sabrina is a long standing favourite from the original Kanto line up.
Found near the end of the Hidden Fates numbering, Sabrina's Suggestion is a logical addition for anyone completing the set or gathering a themed run of gym leader Trainers. A clean Reverse Holo copy sits comfortably alongside the other named cards from the release.
