This is Rowlet, card number SV001/SV122 from the Shiny Vault subset of Shining Fates. The Shiny Vault collects shiny variants of popular Pokemon, and this Rowlet appears in its Baby Shiny form, a softer shiny finish reserved for many of the smaller and earlier stage Pokemon in the subset.
The card carries a Shiny Holo Rare rarity, marked by the bright holographic sheen and the distinctive shiny treatment over the artwork. Shining Fates was a special set built around shiny Pokemon, so the Shiny Vault cards within it are a favourite among collectors who enjoy completing themed runs rather than chasing a single hit.
Rowlet has a loyal following as a starter Pokemon, and the alternate colouring on this version gives it appeal beyond its usual fans. It sits neatly in a Shiny Vault binder page or a Shining Fates master set, and the SV numbering makes it easy to organise alongside the rest of the subset.
