Rotom V is an Electric type card from Lost Origin, a Sword and Shield era set that built a reputation on its alternate art Trainer Gallery and a strong selection of V cards. Rotom itself is the ghostly Plasma Pokemon, well known for the different appliance forms it can take, and the V mechanic gives this version a larger Hit Point total and stronger attacks while handing the opponent two prizes if it is knocked out.
This is the Full Art printing, where the artwork stretches across the entire card with a textured holographic finish, rather than sitting inside a framed window. Full Art V cards rank above the standard rare in their set, and Rotom V was a popular support attacker during the V era, which keeps demand steady from both players and collectors.
The number 176/196 falls within the set total of 196, so this is a Full Art rare rather than a secret rare. It is a clean pickup for Lost Origin set builders and for anyone fond of Rotom.
