This is Rhydon 112/165 from Scarlet and Violet 151, the English set that revisits the complete original Kanto Pokedex with refreshed artwork. Rhydon is the evolved form of Rhyhorn and one of the heavyweight Kanto Pokemon, so it holds plenty of appeal for collectors who follow the first generation.
This copy is the Reverse Holo version. On a Reverse Holo the holographic pattern covers the card border and frame rather than just the picture window, so the whole card shimmers while the illustration stays standard. Reverse Holos are printed for many cards across the set, which makes them a popular way to put together a parallel collection. The 112/165 number places Rhydon within the main numbered run of the set.
Collectors look for the Reverse Holo versions when completing an alternate set or when they prefer the extra shine over the standard print. The well known Kanto design keeps this card in steady demand among set builders.
