This is Regirock EX 214/182, an Ultra Rare card from the Destined Rivals set in the Scarlet and Violet era. Regirock is one of the Legendary titans first introduced in the Hoenn region, recognised for its rugged, stone built form and its place among the Regi trio. As an EX card, this Regirock offers higher stats and stronger attacks than a standard printing, with the trade off that an opponent takes extra prize cards when it is knocked out.
The card number 214/182 runs past the numbered set total, which marks it as a card drawn from beyond the main set listing. In this era those higher numbers cover the full art and special art treatments, so this Regirock EX features extended artwork and a finish that sets it apart from the standard version. Collectors seek out cards like this to complete the secret portion of the Destined Rivals set or to add a striking Legendary to their display.
