This is Regieleki V, card number 057/195 from the Silver Tempest set, an English expansion that closed out much of the Sword and Shield era's Legendary focus. The card uses the V mechanic, which gives a single Pokemon high HP and powerful attacks.
Regieleki is one of the newer additions to the Legendary titans group introduced in the Galar games, and its sleek design has made it a favourite among collectors who enjoy the Regi family. Seeing it as a V card gives that following a clear card to chase within Silver Tempest.
Collectors look for Regieleki V both to complete the Silver Tempest V line and because the Legendary titans hold lasting appeal across the hobby. A Mint copy is a clean way to add this Legendary to a binder, whether you collect the Regis specifically or the wider Silver Tempest set.
