Raging Bolt EX 124/187 is a Japanese card from Terastal Festival EX, a set built around a wide roster of Pokemon ex. It is listed at Double Rare, the black double star rarity reserved for Pokemon ex cards in the Scarlet and Violet era.
Raging Bolt is one of the ancient paradox Pokemon introduced in the Paldea region, a prehistoric counterpart to a well known legendary, and its dramatic, long necked design has made it a favourite among collectors who enjoy the paradox theme. As a Pokemon ex it brings high HP and powerful attacks, with the usual ex trade off of giving up two prize cards when it is knocked out.
Terastal Festival EX is collected widely for the sheer number of ex cards it contains, and a Japanese Raging Bolt ex suits collectors drawn to the paradox Pokemon or building the set as a whole.
