This is Radiant Charjabug, card number 051/159 from the English Crown Zenith set. The Radiant tag marks it as a Radiant Pokemon, a special shiny treatment introduced in the Sword and Shield era. Radiant cards show the Pokemon in its shiny colours with a distinctive textured foil, and a deck may only run one Radiant Pokemon at a time, which adds to their appeal.
Charjabug is the middle stage of the Grubbin line, shaped like a battery and well liked for its blocky, charming design. Crown Zenith was the final main set of the Sword and Shield run, a release packed with collector favourites, so its Radiant cards carry a sense of being part of a memorable send off.
Collectors look for Radiant cards like this to gather the full Radiant line up or to add a shiny version of a favourite Pokemon to a binder in clean condition.
