This is Ponyta (card number 077/165) from Scarlet and Violet 151, the English set that brings the original Kanto Pokedex back to the modern trading card game. This 077/165 print is the Kanto Ponyta, the pre-evolution of Rapidash that collectors remember from the first generation of games.
