This is Petilil, card 006/086 from the Black Bolt set, in the Poke Ball pattern treatment. The Poke Ball pattern is a reverse holo variant where the foil across the card is filled with a repeating Poke Ball motif, giving the card a distinctive textured shine that sets it apart from the standard printing. Petilil is a Pokemon first introduced in the Unova region.
As number 006 within an 086 card set, Petilil sits in the main numbered run rather than the secret rare range beyond the set total. Pattern reverse holos like the Poke Ball version are popular with collectors who enjoy chasing the different foil variants of a single card, and they look striking when grouped together on a binder page.
This is the English language printing. Whether you collect the Black Bolt pattern cards or simply like the Petilil design, this Poke Ball pattern card is a neat addition.
