This is Persian GX 129/236 from Cosmic Eclipse, the final main set of the Sun and Moon era. Persian is the elegant, refined evolution of Meowth, a classic Pokemon that has been part of the series since the original Kanto games.
The GX tag identifies this as a Pokemon GX card, the defining mechanic of the Sun and Moon era. GX cards paired high hit points with a single powerful GX attack you could use once per game, and they served as the era's signature chase format. Cosmic Eclipse was the send off set for the GX mechanic, which gives its GX cards a sense of occasion as the closing chapter of that generation.
As one of the largest Sun and Moon sets, Cosmic Eclipse has a deep card list, and Persian GX is a satisfying find within it. It suits collectors building a Cosmic Eclipse run or those who enjoy classic Kanto evolutions presented in the GX format.
