This is Pawniard 064/086 from Black Bolt, an English set in the Scarlet and Violet era. Pawniard is the first stage in its evolution line and a familiar face for trainers who follow that family.
This copy carries the Poke Ball pattern. On a Poke Ball reverse the holographic background is filled with repeating Poke Ball icons rather than a plain reverse finish, which sets it apart from the standard print of the same card. Pattern reverses like this are a popular way to add variety to a collection and to chase a complete parallel set. The 064/086 number places Pawniard within the main numbered run of the set.
Collectors look for the Poke Ball pattern version when building an alternate set or when they prefer the decorative background over the standard card. The distinctive Poke Ball finish makes this an enjoyable pick for set builders who like the pattern variants.
