This is Orbeetle, card number SV009/SV122 from the Shiny Vault of the Shining Fates set. The SV numbering marks it as part of that dedicated shiny subset, which is one of the most popular features of the whole release.
Orbeetle is a Shiny Holo Rare here, meaning the card shows the alternate shiny colouring of the Pokemon rather than its usual palette, finished with a holo treatment. It also carries the Baby Shiny designation, the term collectors use for the standard shiny Pokemon in the Shiny Vault as opposed to the full art shiny V and VMAX cards in the same subset. Shiny Vault cards have a clean, recognisable look that makes them a favourite for binder builders.
If you are chasing the Shining Fates Shiny Vault or simply enjoy shiny variants, this Orbeetle is a neat addition.
Condition and authenticity
This card meets Monster Mart's Mint condition standard:
- Corners: No visible fraying or whitening
- Edges: Smooth and clean, no silvering
- Surface: Free of scratches, dents, creases or smudges
- Centering: Within 60/40 front limit
Every card is authenticated and thoroughly inspected by Monster Mart, and ships tracked from Brisbane in protective sleeves and rigid holders.
