This is Ninetales GX, card number SV53/SV94 from the Shiny Vault subset of Hidden Fates. The SV numbering marks it as part of that dedicated Shiny Vault run, a collected series of shiny variant cards that sits alongside the main Hidden Fates set. This printing carries the Shiny Holo Rare treatment, giving the card its distinctive shiny styling.
GX cards feature powerful single use attacks and bold full card artwork, and they were the headline mechanic of the Sun and Moon period. In the Shiny Vault, that GX presentation is paired with an alternate shiny colour scheme, which gives familiar Pokemon a fresh look that collectors enjoy seeking out.
Collectors look for Shiny Vault cards because the subset is compact, popular and increasingly hard to find in clean condition. Ninetales has remained a fan favourite across many generations, and a shiny GX printing is a satisfying way to feature it in a collection.
