This is Naganadel GX SV63/SV94 from the Shiny Vault subset of Hidden Fates, a set remembered for its deep run of shiny cards. The SV prefix on the card number marks it as part of the Shiny Vault, the dedicated section built around shiny Pokemon and rare reprints that made Hidden Fates so collectable.
As a Shiny Holo Rare, this Naganadel is shown in its alternate shiny colouring with a full art layout and the holo finish that runs through the vault. The GX designation marks it as a Pokemon GX, the powerful card type of the era with a single use GX attack that gave up two prize cards when defeated. Naganadel was a notable Ultra Beast in competitive play, and its shiny GX version carries that appeal into the collector market.
For collectors finishing the Hidden Fates Shiny Vault, or fans of the Ultra Beasts, a shiny Naganadel GX is a strong addition to the binder.
