This is Naganadel and Guzzlord GX, a Tag Team card from Cosmic Eclipse, the final set of the Sun and Moon era. Tag Team GX cards pair two Pokemon on a single card, combining their power into one high HP attacker with a shared GX attack that can only be used once per game. The trade off is steep: a single Knock Out on a Tag Team GX hands three prize cards to the opponent.
This printing is the Alternate Art version, as noted in its tags. The card number 224/236 places it within the set's extended slots, where the full art and alternate art treatments live. Alternate art Tag Team cards present an expanded, scene based illustration rather than the standard framed portrait.
Collectors look for this card for its pairing of two Ultra Beasts and the broader appeal of the Cosmic Eclipse Tag Team line, which closed out the Sun and Moon era with a large run of collectible chase cards.
