This is Moltres and Zapdos and Articuno GX, card number 69/68 from the English Hidden Fates set. Because the first number in 69/68 exceeds the second, this card is a Secret Rare, a card that sits beyond the standard set count and is among the hardest pulls from the set. It brings the three Kanto Legendary birds together in a single card.
This version carries the Rainbow finish, the prized colour treatment used for many Secret Rare Tag Team cards in this era. Tag Team GX cards feature multiple Pokemon on one card, offering high HP and combined attacks at the cost of giving up extra prize cards, while the GX mechanic adds a powerful once-per-game attack.
The Rainbow Secret Rare of the Legendary birds is one of the most chased cards in Hidden Fates. Collectors look for it as a top-tier centrepiece, whether completing the set or building a collection around the original Kanto Legendaries.
