This is Mimikyu V, card number 027/070 from the Japanese set Single Strike Master. It carries the Double Rare classification, the tier used for V cards, shown by both the Double Rare tag and the V in the card name. V cards brought a clean, modern frame and bold artwork to the series, and Mimikyu's quirky design translates well to that larger illustration space.
Mimikyu has been a fan favourite since its debut, partly thanks to its endearing attempt to look like Pikachu, and that popularity carries straight over to its card appearances. Single Strike Master is a Japanese set tied to the Single Strike style theme, and collectors follow it for cards like this. As a Japanese print, Mimikyu V appeals to anyone collecting the character, building a run from the set, or simply after a charming V card for their binder.
