This is Mew Reverse Holo 32/68 from Hidden Fates. The Reverse Holo tag means the card carries its shimmer across the card body rather than only the artwork window, the inverse of a standard holo. This finish gives an otherwise standard card a more collectible look and was applied across common and uncommon cards in the set.
Hidden Fates was a special set from the Sun and Moon era, well remembered for its shiny vault and its broad lineup of fan favourite Pokemon. Mew, the mythical Pokemon long associated with the series, is one of the most recognisable subjects in the franchise, and its reverse holo appearance here appeals to collectors who follow the species across sets.
Collectors look for reverse holos like this to round out a Hidden Fates collection or to build a run of Mew cards from across the different eras.
