This is Meowth SV086/SV122 from Shining Fates, a Shiny Holo Rare from the set's Shiny Vault. The SV numbering identifies it as part of that dedicated shiny subset, a run of cards that sit separately from the main Shining Fates set and feature alternate shiny colouring. The Baby Shiny tag marks it as one of the standard shiny holo cards rather than the rarer full art shiny entries.
Shining Fates brought back the shiny vault concept and filled it with shiny versions of familiar Pokemon. Meowth, the scratch cat Pokemon, is a long running fan favourite, and its shiny appearance in this set gives the card broad appeal for collectors building the SV lineup.
Collectors look for Shiny Vault cards like this to complete the Shining Fates shiny run or to add a recognisable Pokemon to a shiny themed binder.
