This is the Japanese Mega Dragonite EX, a card carrying the Mega Attack Rare treatment from the Mega Dream EX series. As a Japanese release, it features the original Japanese text and print, which many collectors favour for the cleaner card backs and the chance to own a card in its first language of release.
The EX label marks it as one of the more powerful Pokemon in its set, with the higher hit points and stronger attacks that come with the EX mechanic. The Mega Attack Rare classification points to a premium, artwork-focused finish, and the number 232/193 sits above the main set total of 193, placing it among the special slots beyond the base numbering. Collectors look for Mega Dragonite EX for the fan favourite Dragonite line and for the standout Mega presentation.
At Monster Mart this is offered as a single card in mint condition, ready for your binder or display.
