This is Marshadow and Machamp GX from Unbroken Bonds, a Tag Team card that combines two Pokemon onto a single card. Tag Team GX cards were a headline mechanic of the Sun and Moon era, pairing two Pokemon with a very high combined HP pool and a powerful shared GX attack that can only be used once per game.
This card is the Full Art version, where the illustration extends across the entire card and shows both Marshadow and Machamp in a complete scene rather than a standard bordered frame. Full Art Tag Team cards were among the most desirable pulls of their sets, prized for their large format artwork and the dynamic pairing of two Pokemon.
The combination of the Tag Team format and the Full Art treatment makes this a card collectors actively look for, whether for a Machamp collection, a Tag Team display set, or a run of Unbroken Bonds chase cards.
