This is Magby Reverse Holo 41/102 from Triumphant, a card from the HeartGold and SoulSilver era. The Reverse Holo tag means the card carries its shimmer across the card body rather than just the artwork window, the inverse of a standard holo. This finish was applied to common and uncommon cards as a way to add variety to booster pulls.
Triumphant was the final set of the HeartGold and SoulSilver block, and its reverse holo cards are sought by collectors working through that older era. Magby, the baby Pokemon known as the pre evolution in its line, appears here in a reverse holo treatment that gives an everyday card a more collectible look. Cards from this period are harder to find in clean condition, which adds to their appeal.
Collectors look for reverse holos like this to round out a Triumphant set or to build a run of a single Pokemon across the older sets.
