Luxray V 168/189 is a Full Art card from the Astral Radiance set in the Sword and Shield era. The collector number sits above the main numbered checklist, which is where the Full Art versions of the V cards live, so this is the premium alternate of the standard Luxray V print.
As a Pokemon V, Luxray brings a generous HP total and strong attacks, with the usual V trade off that your opponent takes two prize cards when it is knocked out. The Full Art treatment extends the artwork across the whole card and removes the standard borders, giving Luxray a bold, full bleed presentation that collectors look for.
Luxray has long been a popular Pokemon among fans, and a Full Art V is one of the more desirable ways to feature it in a collection. For anyone building an Astral Radiance master set, this is one of the cards that completes the higher numbers.
