Lucario Holo 78/135 comes from Plasma Storm, a Black and White era expansion released in 2013. The holo treatment gives the card a reflective foil pattern across the artwork window, setting it apart from the plain non holo print of the same Pokemon. Lucario has been a consistent fan favourite since its introduction, and its holo cards tend to hold steady collector interest.
Plasma Storm is part of the Team Plasma focused run of the Black and White era, and its cards carry the look and frame of that period. Collectors look for the Lucario Holo both as a set piece from Plasma Storm and as a standalone addition to a Lucario focused page. The 78/135 numbering places it within the main body of the set, and the holo finish makes it a satisfying display card for anyone building an older era binder.
