This is Leftovers Reverse Holo 163/165 from the Scarlet and Violet 151 set, the release that celebrates the original Kanto Pokedex. Leftovers is an Item Trainer card, a supporting card that attaches to a Pokemon to provide a useful effect during play. Item cards are a regular part of deck building, and they also draw interest from collectors who like to complete every card in a set rather than the Pokemon alone.
The Reverse Holo treatment places the holographic foil across the card body instead of only the artwork window, giving the card a shimmering finish that distinguishes it from the standard printing. Reverse holos are a favourite collecting goal because working through a complete reverse run of a set is a rewarding challenge, and Trainer cards like this one are part of that pursuit. For collectors finishing the 151 set, this reverse holo Item card is a tidy way to round out the collection.
