This is Leafeon GX 13/156 from Ultra Prism, a Sun and Moon era set. Leafeon is one of the much loved Eevee evolutions, a long standing favourite thanks to the popularity of the Eeveelution family among collectors.
The GX tag marks this as a Pokemon GX, the powerful card type from the Sun and Moon era that came with a once per game GX attack, balanced by giving up extra prizes when knocked out. GX cards were the premium chase cards of their generation, and the Eeveelution GX cards in particular have remained popular because of the wide following the Eevee family enjoys. The card number 13/156 falls within the main set, placing it in the standard numbered run of Ultra Prism.
For collectors building the Ultra Prism set, working towards a complete run of Eeveelution cards, or simply chasing their favourite of the family, this Leafeon GX is a satisfying addition to the binder.
