This is Kyurem V, card number 048/196 from the English Lost Origin expansion. Lost Origin is a well regarded Sword and Shield era set, remembered for introducing the Lost Zone mechanic and for its strong run of alternate art rares. As a Pokemon V card, Kyurem V carries a larger HP pool and a single powerful attack, with the trade off that a knockout gives the opponent two prize cards.
Kyurem is a legendary Pokemon from the fifth generation, central to the Unova region story and connected to Reshiram and Zekrom. Its imposing design has kept it popular with collectors across its many card appearances. This is the standard V version, presented with full body artwork and a holographic finish. It works well in a Lost Origin set run, a legendary Pokemon collection, or a Kyurem focused display, and remains a recognisable choice for fans of the character.
