This is Krokorok, card number 058/086 from the English Black Bolt set. It is a Poke Ball pattern card, a reverse holo version where the foil is overlaid with a repeating Poke Ball design across the card face. That patterned finish is the detail that distinguishes it from the standard version of the same card.
Black Bolt is part of the Scarlet and Violet era, and its Poke Ball pattern cards are popular with collectors who enjoy building a complete patterned run next to the regular set numbering. Krokorok is the middle stage of the Sandile evolution line, a Pokemon first introduced in the Unova region and recognisable for its masked, crocodilian design.
This version attracts interest because the Poke Ball pattern gives an ordinary card a distinctive holographic look, and locating sharp, well centred copies to complete a patterned set is part of the appeal for collectors.
