Kirlia (SV35/SV94) belongs to the Shiny Vault of Hidden Fates, the popular Sword and Shield era set that paired a small main expansion with a dedicated run of shiny cards. The SV prefix on the card number identifies it as part of that Shiny Vault, and the Baby Shiny tag marks it as one of the alternate colour shiny Pokemon featured there rather than a full art card.
Kirlia is the middle stage in the Ralts evolution line, a family with a strong collector following thanks to its designs and ties to fan favourites further along the chain. Seeing Kirlia rendered in its shiny colouring gives this card a different look from the standard version, which is exactly what draws collectors to the Shiny Vault.
Hidden Fates remains one of the most sought after sets of its era, and its shiny cards continue to be a focus for collectors completing the Shiny Vault or building Ralts line collections.
